Hofstetter Gets First Career Victory
Seward, NE - The Hastings College Women's Basketball Team took on McPherson in the final game of the Concordia Classic and Carrie Hofstetter picked up her first career victory as the Broncos knocked off the Bulldogs 54-43.
Once again Hastings did not shoot the ball very well but picked up the pace defensively forcing 23 turnovers with 11 steals.
Cami Bruckman led the Broncos with 17 points on 6-18 shooting as Chelsey Morten hit the double digit mark with 11.
Hastings improves to 1-1 on the season and will be in action once again as they will travel to Wichita, KS to take of Friends University November 8 at 7:00 p.m.
