Men's Basketball Downed by Concordia
Hastings - It was not the night the Hastings College men's basketball team was looking for as Concordia defeated the Broncos 90-69 on Wednesday night in Lynn Farell Arena.
It was a night where it seemed nothing would fall for Hastings while Concordia found success both inside and from behind the arc.
Hastings managed to shoot just 39 percent from the floor while its counter part connected on 61 percent of its shots including 45 percent from behind the arc.
Trey Moore (SR/Omaha, NE) led the Broncos with 24 points on 10-of-17 shooting while Rich Williams (SR/Scottsbluff, NE) added 20 points on 8-of-19 shooting.
Tanner Shuck led the way for the Bulldogs as he finished with 21 points on 6-of-8 shooting.
Hastings falls to 14-15 (8-9) on the year and will be back in action Saturday Feb. 18 as Briar Cliff comes to town with tip-off set for 4:00 p.m. in Lynn Farrell Arena.
