Women's Soccer Lands 19 Scholar-Athletes and 5 Academic All-District Honorees
Women's Soccer academic honors have been announced for the 2023 season from the NAIA and the College Sports Communicators (CSC) recently. Hastings placed 19 on the NAIA/Daktronics Scholar-Athlete list with five earning the CSC Academic All-District honor.
Women's Soccer academic honors have been announced for the 2023 season from the NAIA and the College Sports Communicators (CSC) recently. Hastings placed 19 on the NAIA/Daktronics Scholar-Athlete list with five earning the CSC Academic All-District honor.
To receive the NAIA Scholar-Athlete honor, a student-athlete must be of sophomore academic status and hold a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (GPA). CSC Academic All-District honors also require a 3.50 GPA with the student-athlete also meeting additional statistical requirements.
Earning NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors are Alex Jacobs, Erica Inay, Eva Dunker, Gabriella Vinciguerra, Grace Henry, Jesse Chartier, Julia Vilanova, Kailee Lunzer, Lauren Stull, Lauryn Metz, Mackenzie Reich, Makenzie McNeel, Michaela Fox, Miley Prine, Millie Gell, Mireia Del Val Fernandez, Shay Heida, Sofia Gomez-Garcia and Sophia Summy.
Earning the CSC Academic All-District Honor were Duner, Fox, Lunzer, Prine and Vilanova.
