Men's Soccer Sees Season Come to a Close
Mishawaka, IN – The Hastings College men’s soccer team had its season come to a close with its 3-0 loss to No. 6 Bethel on Saturday afternoon on a cold afternoon.

Mishawaka, IN – The Hastings College men's soccer team had its season come to a close with its 3-0 loss to No. 6 Bethel on Saturday afternoon on a cold afternoon.
The Pilots were able to build a 2-0 lead picking up an early goal in the 12th minute by Luan Bressy and then came back with a goal from Andres Gonzalez in the 29th minute for the 2-0 lead. Then, the game was pretty much put away when Hastings received a red in the 37th minute and had to play a man down the rest of the match.
Then after the Pilots picked up a third goal from Tim Noeding in the 53rd minute, the Broncos struggled to generate much offense the rest of the game getting just two more shots off before time ran out.
Bethel held a 15-to-7 advantage in shots and a 7-to-4 advantage in shots on goal. Brendan Dally finished the game with four saves.
The Broncos end the season 16-2-2 but did bring home a Great Plains Athletic Conference regular season title for the first time since 2018.
