Agostine and Parthemer to Play Football at Hastings
Hastings - The Hastings College football recruiting season is hitting its stride as the Broncos have picked up two key pieces to the class of 2015 in Alex Agostine of Lincoln Southeast and Tyler Parthemer of Beatrice.
Agostine is a 5-10, 195 lb. linebacker that recorded 68 tackles last season averaging nearly eight tackles per game. He also recorded a sack for the Knights
Agostine talked about why he decided to come to Hastings, "Coach Mollring talked about being a big fish in a little pond with the chance to play as a freshman really got me to want to play here," Agostine said.
The Strength and Conditioning Coach Steve Schulz also played a big part in getting Agostine to commit as he wants to persue Strength and Conditioning as a career.
"Coach Schulz, for my degree, is a great person to learn from," Agostine continued. "And hopefully I can be just like him when I'm older."
Parthemer is also a great addition to the Bronco football family as he is an athletic lineman at 6-3 235 lbs.
He recorded 17 tackles last season with a sack and a forced fumble.
