Pinkerton Leads Women's Cross Country at Augustana Twilight
Sioux Falls, SD – The Hastings College women’s cross country team opened its season at the Augustana Twilight finishing 14th out of 28 teams on Friday night.
Sioux Falls, SD – The Hastings College women's cross country team opened its season at the Augustana Twilight finishing 14th out of 28 teams on Friday night.
Leading the way for Hastings was Veronica Pinkerton as she finished 72nd in a time of 19:37. Finishing 94th was Madison Gerken in a time of 20:00.
Jilee Golus placed 132nd in a time of 20:36 and right behind her was defending conference champion Shania Santos at 133rd in a time of 20:37. Landry Hinkson finished 149th in a time of 20:50.
Hastings returns to action Saturday Sept. 10 hosting the Bronco Stampede out at Hastings Lake as the women will get things going at 10 am.
