This honor recognizes student-athletes in each of the fall sports who have excelled academically, including football, men's cross country, men's soccer, women's cross country, women's soccer and women's volleyball. (Hastings, NE) – The men’s cross country team was picked to finish seventh in the preseason GPAC poll with 43 points, 16 points behind sixth-place Midland. Dordt was the preseason pick to win the conference with 97 points and seven first place votes, while Doane was second and received the other four place votes.
