Men's Bowling Takes 12th at Midwest Classic
(Addison, IL) – The men’s bowling team competed in Addison, IL on Saturday and Sunday. Hastings took 12th out of 57 teams in the Kegel/ISBPA Midwest Collegiate Classic.

Sophomore Trevor Seeley was 34th overall to lead the Broncos with a total of 1089 pins and an average of 217.8 in the five game, including a 246 game four performance. Fellow sophomore Kaden Kuusela was second-best for the Broncos, placing 41st with a pin count of 1081 and an average of 216.2 in the eight games, finishing with a 244 in game five.
Sophomore Anthony Morella finished 57th with a total of 1053 and an average of 210.6 in his five games, led by a second game pin count of 254. Senior Brandon Engels finished 183rd with a total of 816 pins and an average of 204 in his four games. Sophomore Ethan Lester placed 186th with a pin count of 815 in his four games, averaging 203.8. Junior Tyler Call placed 311th with a total of 374 and an average of 187 in his two games.
In game two, the team of Kuusela (218), Lester (232), Morella (254), Seeley (235), and Engels (214) broke the one-game school record, combining for a total pin count of 1153.
Up next, Hastings will compete at the NAIA West Open in Lawrence, KS on February 1-2.
