Loseke Top GPAC Finisher at Nebraska Intercollegiate; Women 4th
Norfolk, NE – The Hastings College women’s golf team finished the 2022 Nebraska Intercollegiate golf tournament in fourth place with a team score of 726 on Friday and Saturday at the Norfolk Country Club. Wayne State went on to win the even with a score of 653 and Hastings finished just four strokes behind Concordia.

Mackenzie Loseke was the top Great Plains Athletic Conference finisher with her two-day total fo 169 which was good enough for seventh place. She shot an 83 on day one and followed that up with an 86.
Anna Cafferty finished tied for 19th with a score of 182. On day one she shot a 90 and came back on Saturday with a 92.
Shelby Schroeder was right behind her in 22nd place with a score of 184. She fired a 93 on day one and came back with a 91.
Isabel Gittings finished tied for 25th with a two-day total of 191. Her best round came on day two with a 95.
Hastings will now turn its attention to the Evangel Invite to be held Oct. 10-11 down in Springfield, MO.
