Saint Resigns as Shotgun Sports Coach
HASTINGS - After finishing as back-to-back national runners up at American College Unions International Nationals, Michael Saint has decided to step down as the head coach of the shotgun sports program as he will be taking over for the upstart Hastings Central Community College program.
HASTINGS - After finishing as back-to-back national runners up at American College Unions International Nationals, Michael Saint has decided to step down as the head coach of the shotgun sports program as he will be taking over for the upstart Hastings Central Community College program.
"We would like to thank Coach Saint for his time and dedication to the Hastings College shotgun sports program over these past three years," Athletic Director Chris Clements said. "We appreciate the work Saint has done and wish him the best."
During his time at Hastings College, Saint led the Broncos to ACUI Scholastic Clay Target Program national championships in American Skeet doubles and combined skeet disciplines while finishing second in highest overall score at the ACUI/SCTP Division III Nationals.
Saint will begin his duties at CCC in the fall.
