Women's Bowling Finishes 2nd at Warrior Open
Omaha, NE – The Hastings College women’s bowling team began the 2023-24 season by finishing second at the Warrior Open this past weekend. Hastings finished with a total pin count of 7281 while Coe College won with a total pin count of 7578.

The Lady Broncos were led by Madison Henderson as she finished third with an average of 201. Her best game was game four with a 215.
Marissa Ruiz finished fifth with an average of 195.6. Her best game was in game four where she fired off a 217.
Langley Riha placed 24th with an average of 153 and her best game was game two with a 166. Taylor Dunbar finished 28th with an average of 145.4 with her best game coming in game two with a 188.
Henderson and Ruiz both made the all-tournament team by finishing in the top five of the tournament.
Hastings will now take the next few weeks to prepare for the MidStates Open to be held on Oct. 21-22 down in Wichita, KS.
