Kissinger Wins Both GPAC Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week
(Sioux City, IA) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) is proud to announce the following women's basketball players-of-the-week for contests played January 19-25, 2026. Hastings’ Bailey Kissinger received the GPAC Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week.
(Sioux City, IA) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) is proud to announce the following women's basketball players-of-the-week for contests played January 19-25, 2026. Hastings' Bailey Kissinger received the GPAC Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week.
Kissinger scored a career-high 32 points in their 102-82 win over No. 16 Briar Cliff to put them in the top four of the GPAC standings. She made 9-of-16 field goals and went 12-of-16 from the charity stripe in the win. Kissinger also came up with five steals and helped hold Briar Cliff to 36 second half points. In their 2-0 week, she averaged 22 points, 8 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 4 steals.
The Broncos will play at Mount Marty on Wednesday, January 27 at 5:30pm.
