Broncos Finish Third at Kohawk Invitational
Cedar Rapids, IA - The Hastings College men's bowling team was in action this past weekend taking part in the Kohawk Invitational where the Broncos finished third out of 16 teams. Hastings finished with a team score of 5467 as St. Ambrose won with a team score of 5867.
Leading the way for the Broncos was Brennin Leach (JR/Grand Island, NE) as he finished third overall with a three game average of 230.3. After bowling a 217, he came back with a 233 and finished up with a 241.
Paul Baker (SO/Littleton, CO) finished fifth with a three game average of 227.3. After beginning with a 203, he came back with a 258 before finishing with a 221. Winton Gassman finished 11th with an average of 215.7. He opened up with a 224 followed by a 197 and then finished up with a 226.
Tyler Seeley (FR/Parker, CO) also finished in the top 20 with a three game average of 211. He began his day with a 192 followed by a 204 and then fired a 234 to finish up.
Hastings will be back in action March 6-7 to take part in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament held in Salina, KS.
