Women's Golf Battles at Doane Invite
(Lincoln, NE) - The women’s golf team wrapped up the Kaitlyn Erickson Doane Invite on Monday and Tuesday, taking 12th out of 14 teams.
(Lincoln, NE) - The women's golf team wrapped up the Kaitlyn Erickson Doane Invite on Monday and Tuesday, taking 12th out of 14 teams.
Sophomore Kya Shatzer led the team with a total of +30 to place 28th. Her best score was an 84 placing her in the top 10 after the first day.
Freshman Makayla Miller was close behind finishing +38, shooting her best round of85 the second day.
Sophomore Lindsey Warsnak and freshman Katelyn Tacha finished +50 and sophomore Lily Sporleder rounded out the team with +69.
The Lady Broncos head to Council Bluffs, Iowa next to compete at the Bent Tree Intercollegiate. The tournament takes place at Bent Tree on April 21st.
