Women's Golf Finishes GPAC Championship in 9th
Norfolk, NE - The Hastings College women's golf team wrapped up its 2021-22 campaign by finishing tied for 9th at the Great Plains Athletic Conference Championship this past Monday and Tuesday out at the Norfolk Country Club.
The Lady Broncos finished in a tie for 9th with Northwestern with a team score of 1490 while Morningside won with a team score of 1277.
Mackenzie Loseke (JR/Elkhorn, NE) led the way for Hastings firing a third round 91 and backed that up with an 86. Her four round total of 346 put her in a tie for 12th. Anna Cafferty (JR/Hastings, NE) finished 30th with a102 on day three and an 89 on day four to finish with a 363. Shelby Schroeder (JR/Ravenna, NE) finished in a tie for 41st with a four round total of 390. She fired a 101 on day three and came back with a 92 on day four.
Isabel Gitting finished tied for 44th with a 396.
This wraps up the season for Hastings.
