Women's Golf Finishes 7th at Jamestown
Jamestown, ND - The Hastings College women's golf team finished seventh at the Jamestown Invitational this past Monday and Tuesday in very cold and windy conditions. The Lady Broncos finished the event with a team score of 765 while Sioux Falls won the event with a team score of 692.
Mackenzie Loseke (JR/Elkhorn, NE) led the way with a two day total of 181 placing her in 11th place. She fired a 91 on day one and then a 90 on day two. Shelby Schroeder (JR/Ravenna, NE) finished tied for 15th with a two day total of 184. She fired a 90 on day one and came back with a 94 on day two.
Isabel Gittings (SO/Berthoud, CO) finished 40th with a two day total of 199, Riley Lanning (FR/Glendale, AZ) and Anna Cafferty (JR/Hastings, NE) rounded out the scoring as they finished tied for 42nd with a two day total of 204.
HC will now turn its attention to the Hastings College Invitational to be held at Lochland CC on April 11-12 in Hastings, NE.
