Johnson Leads Way at Leatherneck Classic
Davenport, IA - The Hastings College men's and women's bowling teams took part in the Leatherneck Classic where the men finished 8th and the women placed 19th this past weekend.
Riley Johnson (FR/Lincoln, NE) paced the men with a six game total of 1219 (203.16 average) which was good enough for 21st out of a field of 355 bowlers.
Landon Rodabaugh (JR/Casper, WY) finished 33rd with a six game total of 1181 (196.83 average) while Nathan Starke (SO/Colorado Springs, CO) finished 43rd with a six game total of 1156 (192.66 average).
For the women, Harmonie Trenn (SR/Aurora, CO) led the way with a six game total1061 (176.83 average) placing 37th overall out of a field of 259 competitors.
Amanda Tyra (JR/Thornton, CO) placed 71st with a six game total of 985 (164.17 average).
The Broncos will be back in action hosting the Bronco Open Saturday and Sunday Nov. 19 and 20 over at Past Time Lanes in Hastings, NE.
