Bronco Football Lands 18 NAIA Scholar-Athletes and Eight CoSIDA Academic All-District Honorees
Football academic honors have been announced for the 2023 season from the NAIA and the College Sports Communicators (CSC) recently. Hastings placed 18 on the NAIA/Daktronics Scholar-Athlete list with eight earning the CSC Academic All-District honor.
Football academic honors have been announced for the 2023 season from the NAIA and the College Sports Communicators (CSC) recently. Hastings placed 18 on the NAIA/Daktronics Scholar-Athlete list with eight earning the CSC Academic All-District honor.
To receive the NAIA Scholar-Athlete honor, a student-athlete must be of sophomore academic status and hold a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (GPA). CSC Academic All-District honors also require a 3.50 GPA with the student-athlete also meeting additional statistical requirements.
Earning NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors were Brendyn Nelson, Caden Egr, Chase Pawloski, Duncan Fouts, Eli Nappe, Fareed Soluade, Harrison Udeh, Jake Bargen, Jase Williams, Jayden Lawrence, Josh Hendrickson, Marcus Dustin, Oliver Cushman, Raif Ruppert, Sam Ahl, Trystan Soby, Wyatt Ryan and Zach Peterson.
