Women's Golf Places 11th at Bulldog Spring Invite
Lincoln, NE – The Hastings College women’s golf team competed in the Bulldog Spring Invite finishing 11th with a team score of 1107 while Iowa Western won with a score of 998 this past Tuesday and Wednesday.
Lincoln, NE – The Hastings College women's golf team competed in the Bulldog Spring Invite finishing 11th with a team score of 1107 while Iowa Western won with a score of 998 this past Tuesday and Wednesday.
Kya Shatzer led the way by finishing tied for 18th with a three-round total of 265. She opened the tournament with an 89, then shot a 94 in round two before shooting her best round with an 82.
Tyesha Tynes went on to finish tied for 50th with a three-round total of 280 as her best round was round one with an 88.
The next two finishers for the Lady Broncos were Lauren Buscher in 69th with a score of 297 and Emma Severson finishing 71st with a score of 298. Busher's best round was round one with a 93 and Severson's best round was also round one with a 93.
Hastings will now turn its attention to the CSM Spring Classic Thursday Apr. 11 hosted by College of Saint Mary at Tiburon Golf Course in Omaha, NE.
