Men's Cross Country Finishes 2nd at Bronco Stampede
Hastings, NE - The Hastings College men's cross country team took second place at the Bronco Stampede on Saturday at Hastings Lake.
Lucas Keifer (SR/Lincoln, NE) was the top runner for the Broncos finished 2nd with a time of 26:24. Dylan Juare (JR/Castle Rock, CO) placed 10th in a time of 27:48 while Andru Hansen (SO/Lincoln, NE) placed 14th with a time of 28:37.
Rounding out the top five for the Broncos was Ethan Bergmann (SO/Aurora, NE) placing 16th with a time of 28:47 and Jarred Russell (FR/Cheyenne, WY) placed 18th with a time of 29:14.
Hastings scored 45 points while Doane won the event with 19 points.
Hastings will be back in action Saturday Sept. 23 taking to the road to run in the Dean White Invite hosted by Doane in Crete, NE.
