Chris Clements enters his fourth year as the athletic director of Hastings College, returning to the Broncos after spending three years at Minot State as the head women's soccer coach.  Clements previously served as Associate Athletic Director and head women's soccer coach at Hastings College.

Clements went to Minot State after a successful five-year stint as the head coach at Hastings College. Under his direction, the Broncos recorded five straight national tournament appearances and were consistently ranked in the top 25 for all five seasons while compiling an 81-17-10 record.

In five seasons, Clements captured four regular-season conference championships and two conference tournament titles and developed seven All-Americans and 23 All-Conference First-Team selections while maintaining a 3.45 or better grade point average in the classroom.

Prior to his term at Hastings College, Clements served as the head men's and women's soccer coach at Avila University while posting an overall record of 62-38-11 in six seasons with the women's program.

Clements began his coaching career as an assistant coach at Central Missouri for three seasons. As the lead recruiter, UCM placed 26 players on the MIAA All-Academic team and tallied seven First Team All-Conference, 14 Honorable Mention All-Conference and an NCAA DII All-American selection.
