Dwayne Strasheim

Dwayne Strasheimis was a professor of English and linguistics at Hastings College and Dean Emeritus and is being inducted for meritorious service.

Dr. Strasheim has been teaching Hastings College students for more than 40 years.  Beginning in 1962, Dr. Strasheim taught German and history at Hastings High School.  He started at Hastings College as an assistant professor of German, English and linguistics in 1965.  He was registrar and assistant dean in 1978 and named dean of the college in 1983.

Admired and appreciated for his work as public address announcer for football and basketball for more than 25 years, Dr. Strasheim has been a strong supporter and friend of Bronco athletics.
