Crete, NE - The Hastings College track and field teams were in action Saturday taking part in the Ward Haylett Invite hosted by Doane University.
Antonio Duncan won the 400m dash with a time of 51.88!
Heidi Hennings won the Women's Mile with a time of 5:21.05!
Lucas Keifer won the Men's 3,000m Run with a time of 9:09.37!
In the Women's Pole Vault, Anna Megenhardt (SR/Berthoud, CO) placed 3rd with a vault of 10' 11"!
In the Men's Weight Throw, Alex Wellington finished 1st with 61' 0.75" & Grant Wickham finished 6th with 56' 4"! Both A Standard marks!
In Long Jump, Shant Cunningham was 2nd with a leap of 17' 9.75" and Rae Markle (FR/Hastings, NE) was 5th with 16' 8.75"! Cunningham placed 3rd in the 60m dash with a time of 7.88!
Andru Hansen paced 7th in the Men's Mile with a time of 4:52.54!
Olivia Berks hit the B Standard National Qualifying Mark in the 60m Hurdles with a time of 9.19!
Hastings Women Throwers went 1-4 and 6-8 in the weight throw. Sara Olsen (JR/Blair, NE) and Kelbie Lyon both hit A Standard qualifying marks!
Zack Peterson placed 6th in the pole vault with a jump of 13' 9.25"!
In the 600, Tera McVicker (SO/Grand Island, NE) was 4th (1:42.26) Nicole Mundy (SO/Centennial, CO) 6th (1:43.10) and Camilla Lee 7th (1:43.82)!
In the Women's 200, Caitlyn Cotton placed 4th with a time of 27.09!
Jake Ridpath finished 4th in Men's 800 with a time of 2:04.45!
